With special coat-hanger channel design, Upper die lip with 90 degree restrictor bar adjusts the thickness, the lower die lip is integration. Can be maximally reduce heat sensitive stream’s ablation in the extrusion process.

1.Adopts special design flow equipped with 2- layers Feedblock can produce better double layer sheet, and make sure more smooth surface.
2.Normal model is 1350 mm, the width is unchangeable. Customization for special specification and requirement is available.
